Q: Will I be renting the unit I requested?

A: Yes. Each of our rental condos are individually owned and advertised. When you rent from Keystone Resort Lodging you will get the property that you selected. All our websites provide very detailed photos, maps and information about the actual unit you will be renting.

Q: What’s included in our rental?

A: Our condos and homes come fully furnished with everything from a Microwave, 2 or more TV’s, a VCR, a DVD player, linens and towels, dishes, pots and pans (right down to the corkscrew) and hair dryers. We sweat the details and start you out with supplies like shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, etc. We provide everything you expect from a fine hotel. Local and 1-800 number calls are free and there is free high speed internet (wired and wireless) in MOST units. Condos and Town homes also come with free parking for one vehicle close to your condo and free parking for additional vehicles in other lots within the resort. Homes have parking for 2 in a garage, and parking for up to two more vehicles in the driveway. Most units also include a ski locker (usually on the ground floor) so you don't need to take up condo space with all your heavy, bulky and wet skis, boards etc.

Q: How do I know I am getting a good deal?

A: Keystone Resort Lodging offer specials year round and can generally offer you a better rate than what is published on our site. Our rates are generally 15% lower than the web price for a similar unit available from others.

Q: How do I rent a unit? What are the deposit and payment terms?

A: You can rent any of our Resort condos by booking directly on this website using a credit card (or you can mail us a check if your arrival is 40 days or more in the future), or you can call us at 800-404-6155 if you would like to speak with us and book with us directly. We require a 2 night deposit at the time of booking with the reminder due 45 days prior to arrival or full payment within 45 days of arrival. You may pay by mastercard or visa.

Q. What are the CANCELLATION POLICIES?

A. If you cancel prior to 45 days of arrival you will receive a refund less $100 cancellation fee. Within 45 days of arrival there is no refund unless it’s rebooked. We will issue you a credit for the amount of the booking less $100 cancellation fee. You can also use a credit towards a future stay.

Q: How do I check in?

A: Our office is located in Keystone Lakeside Village at 22138 US Highway 6, Keystone, CO 80435. Directions and a map are given to you when you make your reservation.

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: None of our units allow pets. The Inn at Keystone (970-496-4000) allows pets.

Q: Will this be a smoke free unit?

A: No smoking and is allowed in any of our units, including on the balconies. Keystone Resort is a smoke free resort. Colorado Law prohibits smoking inside public buildings.

Q: Will I get daily maid service?

A: At Keystone Resort Lodging, we try to help our environment by reducing water waste and unnecessary cleanings. Daily maid service is not included in your rental price, however, for a small fee you can arrange for midweek cleans, daily maid service or towel changes. Your unit will be cleaned and inspected for your arrival. Resort Lodging provide towels and linens, paper products, shampoo and soaps.

Q: Where can I buy lift tickets?

A: Discounted lift tickets are available at numerous stores and rental shops throughout Summit County. You can also purchase online ticket at www.keystoneresort.com

Q: What should I bring and wear?

A: Keystone is located at 9300 ft. above sea level. It is recommended that you dress in layers during your ski day. It could be cold in the morning, but warm up to pleasant temperatures. Dress is casual throughout Keystone.

Q: Should I rent a car?

A: Shuttle transportation to and from Keystone Resort is available from Colorado Mountain Express www.ridecme.com You can make your reservation on our website at If you plan on visiting or skiing other ski mountains in Summit County we recommend renting a car. There is free bus transportation on the Summit Stage. Keystone Resort provides free transportation throughout the resort for it’s guests to and from the ski lifts. Upon check-in you will receive a bus pass.

Q: Can you book our golf tee times?

A: Resort Lodging can offer you discounted golf rates at Keystone Ranch and the River Course. Call or email our office for information.

Q: What if I get sick or injured? Is there a hospital nearby?

A: There is a medical clinic at the base of Keystone Mountain. A full service hospital, St. Anthony’s, is located in Frisco and also operates Flight for Life Services to Denver hospitals.

Q: What is there to do during the winter if I don’t ski?

A: Keystone has many non-skiing activities. Please visit our winter section of this site.

Q. I want to have my wedding here. How can I arrange that?
