Keystone Winter Vacations

Keystone offers everything you could possibly desire for a memorable winter vacation. With four different mountains to choose from and two mountain villages to entertain you and your family, Keystone will keep you coming back for more.

Why did Skiing Magazine refer to Keystone as the "ultimate all-things-to-all-skiers" resort? It could be the seven month ski season (October - April), or the 11.5 hour ski day, thanks to daily night skiing. But its probably Keystones four diverse and challenging mountains, offering 2,227 skiable acres of terrain serviced by 24 lifts. Three mountains are directly accessible from the Keystone Village Base area, while the fourth, Arapahoe Basin, is a 10 minute shuttle ride up Loveland Pass.

ICE SKATING/HOCKEY- The largest North American, Zamboni-maintained, outdoor ice rink. This rink is 5 acres of ice skating and hockey for the whole family.

·      SNOWMOBILING- This is VERY fun… Snowmobiling in the Colorado Rockies is thrill everyone need to experience. There are tours for people who want to enjoy the scenery and some gentle riding, up to extreme tours.

·     SNOWCAT ADVENTURE- Keystone adventure Tours: This is skiing and riding for experts. This is big-bowl skiing and riding. A memorable adventure, run by Keystone Ski Patrol. They will take you to the back bowls via 12-person snowcat. You’ll encounter secret stashes and breathtaking views across Ten Mile Range’s 14,000-foot peaks. Reservation Required.

·    DOG SLEDDING- You’ll ride behind a beautiful team of Siberian Huskies. You have the opportunity to switch between running the dogs and riding in the sled. Great for the whole family (recommended for ages 3 and up). Reservations required.

·     NIGHT SKIING- When the other resorts close Keystone is still going. Enjoy the Sunset from the top of the mountain and then hit the slopes for a few more hours. The A1 Terrain Park as well as Dercum Mountain stays open until 9 for most of the season.

·    GONDOLA RIDE- Great for the non-skier and skier alike. Enjoy breathtaking views at the top of Dercum Mountain or go to the other side of the Resort and head into the Outpost Lodge. Great ride for all ages. Available when the gondolas are running, weather permitting. Located in River Run Village.

SKIING / SNOWBOARDING - Keystone Mountain (Dercum Mountain), North Peak, and the Outback make up Keystone's skiing and snowboarding experience.
